Our SLT has decades of combined school experience and they work together to ensure that Nancy Reuben Primary is the very best school it can be for all the children and their families.

	Head Teacher: Mr Anthony Wolfson B.Ed(Hons); MA; M.Ed; NPQH; FCCT Anthony Wolfson has been in Primary Education since 1985 and a Head Teacher in Jewish Primary Education since 2002. He joined NRPS as Head in April 2017. In the 15 years prior to be appointed Head Teacher at Nancy Reuben, Anthony was the Head Teacher of several other Jewish Primary schools across the Voluntary Aided and Independent sectors. He therefore brings to the role at Nancy Reuben a wealth of headship experience across both independent and state sectors and is now one of the longest-serving Primary heads in UK Jewish education. In 2001 Mr Wolfson gained the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and an MA Degree from the University of London in Hebrew and Jewish Studies in 1992. He subsequently gained an M.Ed degree from the University of Bath School of Education in Education Management in 2004. In 2006, he completed the Leadership Programme for Serving Head Teachers (LPSH) with the National College for School Leadership and in 2013 he was a graduate of the UJIA Ashdown Fellowship Programme along with 9 other UK Jewish Primary Head Teachers in conjunction with the Centre for Educational Leadership (CEL), then part of the University of Manchester. In 2022, Mr Wolfson was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. Fellowship recognises the commitment and achievements of teachers and school leaders and is an accolade held by some of the most committed teachers and leaders who have shown a significant and sustained contribution to the teaching profession. Outside of education, he served as the Chazan of Wembley United Synagogue from 1991-2017 and is a frequent Baal Tefilla within his local community.

	Head of Kodesh / Deputy Head with responsibility for Kodesh and Pastoral Care: Rabbi Joshua Conway B.Sc (Hons) Rabbi Conway joined Nancy Reuben in September 2018 having been Assistant Headteacher at Menorah Foundation Primary School. Rabbi Conway is an alumnus of Hasmonean High School. After spending four years at Yeshivas Bais Yisroel and Mir, Rabbi Conway graduated with a first class honours degree. He then worked for a Technology start-up before leaving to pursue a career in teaching. Rabbi Conway has taught both Kodesh and secular subjects, led the Kodesh Special Needs department, and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Menorah Foundation. As Assistant Headteacher, he wrote and implemented progressive curricula integrating Kodesh and Secular subjects. He is the Youth Rabbi at Beis Hamedrash Beis Yisroel (Dayan Ehrentreu's shul) and is proud to be an Apple Teacher and a Jewish Interactive Ambassador.
	Deputy Head with responsibility for Curriculum and Assessment: Mr Daniel Sunshine BA(Hons); PGCE (Mathematics); TESOL Daniel Sunshine joined the Nancy Reuben team in September 2019. As a teacher with over twenty years experience, he has worked mainly in the primary sector but also in secondary and international schools in Tokyo and Lima. Mr Sunshine joined us from Menorah Foundation School where he was the Assistant Head and won the PAJES award for Excellence in Secular Studies in a Primary School (2018). Daniel Sunshine is completing the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leaders (NPQSL) - a qualification for high-performing senior leaders. He currently holds responsibilities for Curriculum and Assessment. He enjoys working closely with colleagues and collaborating with them on projects which broaden the children’s learning inside and outside of the classroom.

	School Business Manager: Mrs Pooja Patel Pooja Patel joined our team at the start of the Autumn Term 2021.
	Pooja has a degree in accountancy and over 20 years of experience working in the finance field of which the last 10 years has been as the School Business Manager in a London Borough of Brent Primary School. Prior to that, she worked as part of the accountancy and finance teams for large UK wide retail companies.
	Head of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS): Mrs Madeline Fraser Cert. Ed Madeline Fraser has been working in education since 1992. Initially she was a Kodesh teacher and she went on to gain Qualified Teacher Status with the LSJS through their Registered Teachers Program. Morah Madeline has previously taught at Ilford Jewish Primary School and Avidgor Primary School in Stoke Newington. Morah Madeline has been teaching at Nancy Reuben Primary school since 2005, as the Head of Early Years and Reception teacher, she is also the school’s Designated Safeguarding and Child Protection Lead and a qualified First Aider. The Early Years at NRPS is thriving due to the dedication of the warm and nurturing members of staff and Madeline stresses the importance of the children feeling safe and secure within a stimulating learning environment. As a long-standing member of staff at NRPS, Morah Madeline feels that one of the key strengths of the school is the good communication between parents and staff and with this in mind, she is happy to answer any questions that you may have and would be proud to show you our thriving Early Years Department in action.

	Inclusion Leader: Mrs Daniela Grossman BA (Econ) Hons; PGCE (Primary); NASENCo Daniela Grossman joined the Nancy Reuben team in September 2019 having been a SENCO for the previous five years in another Jewish primary school. She gained the National Award for Special Educational Needs Co-ordination (NASENCo) from the Institute of Education in 2015. Mrs Grossman is responsible for ensuring all children’s needs are met within the range of ability at NRPS. She works closely with all staff, parents and outside professionals to ensure that every child reaches their potential, whether they have SEND or any additional need. Mrs Grossman is also the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) for NRPS as well as a mental health first aider.
